16CrMo44 is A pearlitic heat-resistant steel, with high structural stability and heat resistance, low thermal sensitivity during the heat treatment, no tendency to temper brittleness long-term use at high temperatures; cold plastic deformation of steel at high machinability still good ; welding in general, but the wall thickness of the part to be preheated 200 ~ 300 ℃, in addition to stress the need for treatment after welding. 16CrMo44 is usually at a high temperature normalizing and tempering state use, the use of temperature -40 ~ 560 ℃.
