Description:

TQSX model A Grain destoner is used in rice milling plant and animal feed plant to remove the stone from material.This machine adopts vibrating electromotor to ensure stable operation, steady performance, low vibration and noise, no powder emission, easy operation and convenient maintenance. 
It utilizes the characteristics of different specific gravity and suspended velocity of both grain and impurity.  It is backed by air draft action that penetrates the gap of grain current and granular materials.  It pressurizes the grain, pebble and heavy impurity to the lower level.  They then move to opposite directions under the reciprocating movement of the sorting sieves and thus separate pebbles from the grain.

A:  T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment or L/C at sight.

Q3: What factors need to be considered to design and install a whole set of rice milling equipments?
A:  Rice milling design need to consider the grain/corn you are using, local geographical conditions, climate, power type, customer's request etc. So rice milling machine is different for customer from different country.
