I. Equipment Introduction:
 

Magnetron sputtering is a plasma coating process whereby sputtering material is ejected due to bombardment of ions to the target surface. The vacuum chamber of the PVD coating machine is filled with an inert gas, such as argon. By applying a high voltage, a glow discharge is created, resulting in acceleration of ions to the target surface and a plasma coating. The argon-ions will eject sputtering materials from the target surface (sputtering), resulting in a sputtered coating layer on the products in front of the target 

 

This machine is applied in coating glass , plastic (ABS , PP , PET , PMMA) , ceramic , metal 

 

Main Features:

 

1. Vertical chamber, sandwich water-cooling, made of SUS304 stainless steel

2. Pumping system: mechnical  pump+roots  pump+diffusion pump or molecular pump +maintain pump

3. Operate at touch screen, controlled by PLC, manual and automatic

4. Alarm at unusual circumstances  and taking safe measures

5. Real-time display the various data, automatic control of production process, automatic storage of    parameters.

6. Pules supply, pulse bias supply
