Magnetron Sputtering In-line coating system MSC5050 is designed for ITO film coating. Which enhance the throughput efficiently. High quality ITO film can be generated.
Standard application: auto mirrors, ITO thin film, multiple sputtering coatings etc.
The In-line system contains 5 vacuum chambers, each chamber contains different sputtering targets.

1-side and 2-sides coating are available, 5~9 layers coating.
