Vakia-ASC950 machine is built in July, 2015. Customized for Shanghai University. ASC-950 is used for functional coatings like:

1) Magnetron sputtering to deposit Optical films, which can highly enhance the production yield compared with traditional E-beam, E-gun evaopration optical coatings; 

2) DLC coating layers by magnetron sputtering cathode

3) Hard coatings by arc sources. 

Description :

Coating function: functional coatings like: DLC, hard coatings and optical coatings.

Application: Watch, jewelery, hardware, architectural material , tool, spectacle , kitchenware, sanitart ware , electronics, optical industries etc.
