2. The mass production of steel ball is carburizing, carbonitriding and bright quenching under protective atmosphere, the parts are of high accuracy, bright surface, non-ozidation and uniform hardness after processed. 

3. It can decrease the heating absorbing of auxiliary devices and the energy consumption of furnace through spiral groove transferring when heating the workpieces in the furnace. 

4. Motor overload, overheat, low oil level and mechanical transmission have interlock and alarm devices. 

5. The protective atmosphere, temperature and time of every part can be automatically recorded and monitored by computer programs.
