Frequency Aging System High Current Multistage Impulse Generator For Aging Tests
The GLL frequency aging system is mainly used for aging tests on vacuum switch tubes. The aging test can eliminate field emission between electrode contacts and the shields, thus removing tips and burrs due to machining, surface treatment and the raw materials. It can effectively improve the field between electrode contacts and the shield and performance of the vacuum switches and arc suppressing chamber.
The frequency aging system mainly consists of AC transformer, voltage regulator, protective resistor, hydraulic station, hydro-cylinder, gate-shaped frame, gas tank, knob insulator, gas pipeline, hydraulic pipeline, monitoring and control system.
