Introduction
1) The super low temperature vacuum insulated valve and control valve are valves insulated by vacuum insulated jacket and manufactured under the design enabling to minimize heat loss.
2) The control valve is controlled by a diaphragm actuator that closes the spring in a normal –close type and is safe in use as the valve is stopped automatically when the actuator fails to work normally.
