PP PE Pipe Machine / HDPE Pipe Extrusion Machine / Plastic Pipe Production Line
PPR/PP/PE pipe extrusion line is capable of manufacturing different sorts of pipes such as PPR cold/hot water pipes, PE pipes, silicone pipes. This production line can also produce mono-color pipe with one extruder and multi-color pipe with co-extrusion die head and more extruders.
Working process
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
