Soft PVC Fiber Reinforced Hose PVC Garden Hose Making Production Machine 12-50mm
It is widely used to convey the pressure or corrosive gas and liquid. Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical engineering, coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation and civil applications (solar water heater or gas cylinder). At the present time, it is widely used as the irrigation pipe to the garden and lawn.
Main Features
1) Special designed screw and barrel for PVC material, ensuring plasticizing quality and produced pipe transparency.
2) Special designed extrusion die head cotrols each layer separately, with even thickness; and each layer thickness can be adjusted freely.
3) Fiber braiding machine are controlled by frequency regulator for even winding and high speed.
4) Automatic coiler to ensure regular and beautiful coiling of the pipe.
