TZM Alloy Molybdenum Rod MoTiZr Rods Surface Machined / Ground 5mm to 100mm
TZM alloy rod has a higher recrystallization temperature, higher strength, hardness and good ductility at room and elevated temperatures than unalloyed Molybdenum. In addition, TZM exhibits good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, good corrosion resistance and is machinable.

TZM alloy has a high recrystallization temperature, high strength, hardness than unalloyed molybdenum at room and elevated temperatures and good ductility. Furthermore, TZM has good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, good corrosion resistance, so can be processed.
And molybdenum TZM alloy has a higher recrystallization temperature than pure molybdenum has a higher heat resistance, better creep resistance.

Surface: polished, ground, cleaned
Black – Surface is “as swaged or “as drawn”; retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
Cleaned - Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Ground - Surface is centerless ground to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control
