TZM Alloy Molybdenum Plate TZM Sheets For High Temperature Furnaces Length 1500mm

 

TZM alloy offers twice the strength of pure moly at temperatures over 1300°C. The recrystallization temperature of TZM sheets is approximately 250°C higher than moly and it offers better weldability.

 

TZM molybdenum alloy has wxcellent high temperature strength, high recrystallization temperature, high, thermal conductivity, and good resistance to repidly varied temperatures

 

TZM Sheets Applications:

 

TZM plate means tungsten, zirconium and molybdenum alloy plate. TZM plate is characterized by high melting point, resist corrosion and conductivity, strong toughness. With low thermal expansion coefficient, steam pressure and fine mechanical properties, the TZM plate is widely used in various fields, such as:

 

1. Military Industry: distribution valve body of torpedo engine, rocket nozzle, gas pipeline and throat liner;
2. Used for glass furnace stirrer of color picture tube;
3. Hot runner in injection molding machine 4. Cathode tube, grid electrode, high-voltage rectifier components in electronic industry;
5. Radiation shield, support frame, heat exchanger, rail bar in nuclear equipments;
6. Furnace wall, heat shield in high temperature furnace and hot isostatic press.
