YR-240J | 360J CNC circular winding machine for voltage transformer is a high-precision device independently researched and developed by YIBO Company according to the technology requirements of domestic voltage transformer industry. Features
1. PLC control system, with complete function and simple operation. It can perform the forward and reversal winding and
counting operation,power failure protection, wire disconnection protection, stop brake, setup of winding position, location and fault prompt.
2.Main shaft control adopts the frequency-conversion stepless speed adjustment, withe the characteristics of short driving chain,
large driving torque,wide speed adjustment range,low noise
3. Electric parts are designed in modularization, can reduce the maintenance cost.
4.The speed control has two modes: automatic setup and foot switch speed adjustment.
5.Its wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high precision ball spline, the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm.
6.Wide process range, through changing the different clamp,it can wind the coils of various casting voltage transformers.
