PP/PE multi-ply sterile disposable surgical gowns indication:

• Polyethylene film coated polypropylene non woven fabric for disposable PE+PE isolation  gown is a combination of PE surgical gown and PP surgical gown with of waterproof feature.
• It’s widely used in hospital,clinical, medical personnel and patients,to prevent the spread of  body fluids and blood splash content, and isolate dust, particle, alcohol, blood, bacteria and virus  invading.
• We also have other material for the surgical gowns, such as PP, CPE,SMS.

PE reinforced layer

• The surgical gowns can be coated with PE film totally.
• We can also add the PE film in the outer side of the gowns,and put them in the two sleeves  and chest, which is partially reinforced.
• The third way is that we add the PE film in the inner side of the gowns,and in the two sleeves and chest. 
• The PE film can be instead by other material.
• These three ways gives the surgical gowns high protective and isolated functions.

The design and packaging detail for the disposable surgical gowns:

1. Knitted cuff, ties or velcro in the neck, tie on the waist.
2. The gowns is sterilized by EO gas,and is packed in paper plastic bag, we will attach a  sterilization indication label in each bag of the surgical gown. The color of the sterilization  indication label will change color if the gowns has been sterilized perfectly.
3. Normally,our packaging way is : 1Pcs per paper plastic bag, 50 Pcs per carton. 
4. We can also produce as your requirements.
