Disposable surgical gowns’ material:

1. SMS

• The color can be colorful,the fabric weight is 30-65gsm.
• SMS is made from hydrophobic SMS/Spunlace material.
• With a high level of fluid repellency; a good barrier to alcohol ,blood, body fluids and pathogens.

2. PP

• The color can be colorful, the fabric weight is 30-65gsm. 
• PP material is made from hydrophobic polypropylene .
• Latex-free;abrasion-resistant; low lint;with a high level of fluid repellency.

3. PP+PE

• The available color can be white, green,blue, yellow...etc,the fabric weight is 40-65gsm.
•  It is made from PP+PE material,latex free; abrasion resistant;completely impervious fluid and  alcohol repellent.  

The design details for the disposable surgical gowns:

• Reinforced layer: half coated or whole coated with PE film or composites material,as your requirements.
• Cuff : elastic or knitted cuff
• Waist: ties on the waist
• Neck: ties or Velcro on the back of the neck

Sterile packing : 1 pcs/ sterile paper plastic bag, 50 pcs/Ctn

Regular packing : 5 pcs/bag, 50 pcs/Ctn, or as your requirements
