Automatic Screen Protector Die Cutting Machine

This die cutting machine series have flat pressing and high precision die cutting unit, shifting materials and slice are controlled by servomotor. It finishes all the process of stamping and die-cut, recycle of waste material, slicing and roll winding for auto label brander simultaneously.

Standard Configuration:

1 feeder,  2 slicer,  1 host,  2 upper form boards for die cutting,  1 lower form board for die

Applications:

It is applicable to die cut kinds of PE,tape, adhesive bandage,optical film (reflector film, diffusing film, polarizer film, BEF film) and sorts of adhesive label, terylene film trademark and laser anti-fake trademark and so on.
