Product Description

Introduction

Vecalloy Cr free is a cored wire for electric arc spraying. It produces coatings which are hard and dense, with high bond strength and low porosity, very much like the coatings produced by HVOF.


Application
Vecalloy Cr free is not recommended to be used in wet environments.
Vecalloy Cr free coatings have high hardness, high hot hardness, high density, and high bonding strength Vecalloy Cr free is an excellent wear resistance property, especially erosion and abrasion resistance. Typical application is include boiler tube, industrial wind fan blades, pump, pulp, wiredrawing pulley and plastic impellers.
Vecalloy Cr free is also great for "non-skid" coatings, since it has high as sprayed roughness, hardness and superior bonding strength.
Vecalloy Cr free has very good hot anti-erosion and abrasion performances.
