The body of the VFM7B is made of aluminum which are harder, more durable and less likely to corrode; and the high quality stainless steel mixing bowl can hold up to 7L or 7-1/3 quart of ingredients. The product also provides variable mixing speed, offer a more convenience and efficient speed changing pattern. VFM7B stand food mixer has 4 built- in  steel gears, driven by the steel bearing.
