The bearing of the pump
CZJ type slurry pump imported bearing with domestic bearing, SKF bearing.
For small power of slurry pump adopts the grease lubrication,
High-power slurry pump using labyrinth grease lubrication and cooling water cooling, to ensure the service life of bearing. And no leakage, no pollution.
For high-power slurry pump also can use thin oil lubrication system, to ensure the reliable operation of the pump.
The shaft sealing system
CZJ type centrifugal slurry pump is made with two types of shaft seal system, ensure the CZJ type slurry pump leak proof.
4.1 for middle and low lift of the slurry pump, can use back, vice impeller blade and packing seal system. The system has the advantage of: no shaft seal, and the change of packing is very convenient.
4.2 for high lift of the slurry pump, can adopt high closing seal packing seal of water and the unique radial shaft seal system, the sealing system has the advantage of no collar, and the change of packing is very convenient.
