The situation of factory
Many companies are specialized in the manufacturing and sales of washing machine, dryer, other domestic appliance and their components and parts. The cleaning pools in the factory use the electricity to heat. It costs large electric power every day and rises the producing cost to heat 3 cleaning pools(nearly 20/m³) to 60℃.
The situation of air compressor room
Take our 1 customer as example; there are three 90kw Hitachi Oil-injected Screw air compressors in the air compressor room. The operating oil temperature is about 85℃, and the temperature of compressed air is about 75℃. The heat has not been transformed and pulls into atmosphere after cooling system, which not only wastes the energy but also contaminates the environment.
