The Honov Technology's direct-heating tube-type heat recovery system of air compressor is custom made for all size power oil jet screw air compressor.

The performance advantage of our product:

1.   The original three-dimensional heat exchange structure:

Direct-heating; doesn't need circulating water pump and Water Circulation tank, easy to install.

2.   High efficiency heat exchange  capacity:

Can be used for heat recovery of oil and air, small flow and large temperature difference, high efficiency

Replace all previous cooling equipment; the pipe network can use the Surplus pressure from city water; and the Booster pump's power is small.

4.   Insusceptibility to scaling:

When the water flow velocity is over 1.5m/s, the flow road in high-temperature zone will be short, the heat exchanger tube's external is internal thread broaching, which can pull the Swirling hot water quickly, not easy to scaling.

5.   Low failure rate:

The water supply part doesn't need the circulating water pump and Water Circulation tank, the control element is few, the system control is simple, so the failure rate is low.

 The heat exchanger uses the shielding gas weld, which is high strength and avoids the leakage.

Direct heat recovery; don't need to change the flow road of compressed air, to make the Low air Pressure Loss

10 minutes after start, our product will supply water continually.

10. The stable running of air compressor:

The heat exchanger uses the oil water separation exchange structure, the effect of thermostatic is good, which avoid the lubricating oil emulsion, extend oil's service time, and ensure the normal operation of air compressor.
