This futuristic looking box of hi-tech wizardry is the Nextime Projection Clock, designed by Bernard Bouchet. With casing made from a transparent red plastic you can see inside to the techno-gubbins that enables this box of delights to project a large clock face onto your wall.
The bright clock face image can be up to 3′ in diameter depending on the proximity of the projection box placement to the wall, and the clock shows Arabic numerals at the cardinal points. The sturdy projection box is made of durable injection-molded acrylic that is completely transparent, revealing the internal lamp, mirrors, and lens mechanism that generates the light projection. The lamps bulb is an 80-watt halogen that generates 700 candlepower to create a crisp image…
In contrast to the bright red box, the projected clock face is in monochrome with large numbers and clear markings, making it the time easy to read in an instant.
