KRZ series vacuum fire resistant oil purifier is especially designed for the purification process of phosphate ester fire resistant oil. It is developed and produced by Wanmei company to accomplish the fire resistant oil dehydration, degasification and deaciditification in thermal power plant, chemical plant and other enterprises. By taking professional technique, it can remove the acidity, water, gas, pigment and mechanical particles quickly.
In order to meet customer's special demand, we also developed KRJ series fire resistant oil filtration & filling machine. It can also serve to transmit, filtrate, inject and discharge fire resistant oil from one container to the other.
Application
KRZ series is a new generation vacuum oil purifier designed for the purification of phosphate ester fire resistant oil. It can eliminate the acidity, water, gas and mechanical impurities quickly and efficiently. So that it's able to improve the oil's property and enhance the oil's grade. This series' products belong to the category of vacuum oil purifier. The filtration of solid impurities is mainly finished by the special high-efficiency filter which has large capacity of containing pollutants. It adopts our company's new explored technique to drop down the acid value, which is able to drop down the acid value quickly as well as interrupt the occurring of new acidity. The dehydration and degasification takes the pure physical principle, it can eliminate the solid impurities, water and all kinds of gases. So that it doesn't affect the oil's property as well as the consistence and function of additive agent.
Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Strong Wind Condensation System
By adopting the unique technique-Heat exchanging condensation, the strong wind condensation system can enlarge the area of heat radiation to the utmost by optimizing the design of condenser. It makes the steam separated from vacuum separation system condense quickly and prevents the gigantic steam from entering vacuum pump directly so as to avoid the emulsification and spraying out of vacuum oil.
10.Deacidification System
The absorption device of acidity volume adopts our company's newest technique. It can drop down the acid value very quickly. It can also interrupt the occurring of new acidity in the oil.
11.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP55.
