BKL series transformer load tap changer (LTC) oil purifier is developed and produced by Wanmei company. It is a kind of special equipment for the purification process of LTC oil as well as a standard equipment that can be installed together with LTC.
As a by-pass oil recycling equipment, BKL series LTC oil purifier can treat the insulating oil on line without interference of power supply. It can remove water, gas, free carbon, metal particles and oxidant so as to ensure the quality of oil.
Application
BKL series are applicable to purify the LTC oil. It's widely used in power generation and becomes the necessary equipment for large transformer. It can be installed near the LTC permanently, as a kind of maintenance equipment, it can shorten the time for equipment maintenance and reduce the cost of changing oil. All these merits make the operation of LTC transformer more stable, simple and economical and prolong the cycle life of transformer.

Operation Mode
1.By fixed time: The user can preset the oil purifier to operate at fixed time from 1 hour to 1 week.
2.By interaction: The oil purifier will work one time reacting to one action of LTC.
3.By manual: To open/stop the oil purifier by manual.
