DYJ series multi-functional vacuum oil purifier is suitable for dehydration, degasification and purification process of lubricating oil. It is developed and produced by Wanmei to treat varieties of lubricating oils with different kinematic viscosity and flash point. It is an ideal equipment for factories, mines, power station, transportation department and other enterprises to purify different kinds of lubricating oils. The double-stage and multi-stage oil purifier are more efficient in their operation.
In view of customers' special requirement, we have also developed DYJ-B series of semi-automatic lubricating oil purifier, DYJ-Q automatic multi-functional lubricating oil purifier and DYJ-Ex anti-explosion multi-functional lubricating oil purifier. It is suitable to work in different conditions.
Application
DYJ series is widely used in most industries like metallurgy, machinery, oil field, chemistry, mining, power generation, transportation and manufacturing to purify hydraulic oil, hydraulic transmission oil, biodiesel oil, extracted vegetable oil, fuel oil, kerosene, mineral oil, gear oil, compressor oil, coolant oil, heat treatment oil, etc. It can remove water content, moisture, gas, odor, smell and mechanical impurities, light acid and light hydrocarbon (Example: alcohol, gasoline, ammonia gas and so on.) from oil, break emulsification and enhance quality of oil, resume performance of lubricating oil and guarantee normal operation of power, hydraulic and lubricating system.
Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Strong Wind Condensation System
By adopting the unique technique-Heat exchanging condensation, the strong wind condensation system can enlarge the area of heat radiation to the utmost by optimizing the design of condenser.
10.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP55.
