ZL series high efficiency vacuum oil purifier is the appointed product of national electric power ministry. It is developed and produced by Wanmei company according to the latest vacuum dehydration principle and advanced filtration technology. It is the special equipment to purify the unqualified dielectric oil or insulating oil of transformers, circuit breakers, switches and capacitors in many power generation plants, transformer stations, factories, mines and other enterprises. Besides, it is an ideal equipment for dehumidifying and filling oil to electric equipment in vacuum condition.
To meet customers' special needs, we also developed ZLQ automatic computerized high efficiency vacuum oil purifier and ZLZ high efficiency intelligent testing vacuum oil purifier, they have all the basic functions of ZL series, and they can fit special conditions.
Application
ZL series is manufactured according to vacuum dehumidification principle, separation technique, precise filtration and many other patented techniques. It's a professional equipment for purifying all kinds of unqualified insulating oil and dielectric oil. It's widely used in most industries like metallurgy, machinery, oil field, chemistry, mining, power generation, transportation and manufacturing to purify various kinds of transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, switch oil and capacitor oil with different kinematic viscosity and flash point. It can efficiently remove water, air, gases and other impurities from oil and enhance the breakdown voltage. It can be used on line and on site without interference of power supply or replacement of new oil. It can be used together with BZ transformer oil regenerating equipment to get rid of acid, dyes and free carbons etc. ZL series also can be used as drying equipment for a variety of electric facilities.
Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP55.
