The product is a new type welder integrating hot air preheating and plastic welding rod (plastic raw material) extrusion, developed by our company based on the information and demand fed back by customers in construction, in combination with the technical performances of similar products from Germany, Italy and other foreign countries. The product adopts imported main machines of German and 220V AC power supply. The hot air blower is available for continuous electric heating temperature control, has variable speed control function and screw-type feeding with high extrusion power by changing the the working principle of the original gear transmission. It can improve the electrode extrusion amount greatly, and suitable for extrusion PE, PP plastic especially. It can work several hours continuously, and realize a perfect welding forming for the larger gap, so it is a perfect small welding machine. Besides, the third generation of welding welder made a big upgrade compared with the second generation. First, the overall size is shortened by 6 cm in the premise of invariable extrusion flow, and the handle can be rotated 300 degrees. It can be applied to the flexible operation of groove, tank, and pipe. Second, it strengths the performance of dense gas of welding boots in full accordance with the original imported Swiss welding nozzle to produce, and convenient for bearing oil feeding and cooling machine by increase the oiling mouth and the exhaust hole in the bottom of welder. In addition, the hot air blower with a layer of stainless steel protective net can prevent burn of operation. The third generation of welding welder greatly improves the work efficiency, and operates easily with humanized design.
