Description: 

Tungsten carbide rods (TC rods) are produced by Powder Metallurgy techniques, hot Isostatic Pressing Sintering Process. Sinter-HIP is a method of thermal consolidation for cemented carbide wherein the simultaneous application of heat and pressure fully consolidates the carbide during the sintering process. With hipping process, solid rod obtains a homogenous microstructure and excellent transverse rupture strength, enabling our products a longer lifecycle.

1. The main ingredients are WC and Co.

2. Recommended grades are HF30( K30 - K40), HF25(K40 - K50), HF06( K10).

3. Our tungsten carbide rods are available in imperial standard diameters with fixed length and one end chamfer. And we can provide H6 grinding service. Customization is available by request.

4. Our tungsten carbide rounds bars are marked by their excellent transverse rupture strength, wear resistance and hardness.

5. We use optimum quality materials and high-tech computer to strictly controlled vacuum furnaces to ensure cemented carbide bar quality.
