K40 - K50 Cemented Carbide Rods Chamfered with 3800 MPa Transverse Rupture Strength
Description:
Cemented carbide essentially consists of two main components: hard metal tungsten carbide (WC) and binding agent Co. Carbide contributes to high hardness property in a most important degree for hard metal WC, while cobalt maintains its relative high toughness at the high level of hardness.
Our tungsten carbide rods are available in metric standard diameters with fixed length and one end chamfer. And we can provide H6 grinding service. Customization is available by request.
Recommended grades are HF25(K40- K50), with CO content 12%, WC 88%, 92.3 - 92.5 HRA, ≥3800 MPa, with its high performance in high-speed light cutting, it is suitable for processing hardened steel.
Production process: dosing, wet-milling, pressing, sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.
