COMPOSITION:
Each tube 5g contains:Tetracycline Hydrochloride 500MG
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Tetracycline Hydrochloride is vroad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent and act be inhibiting protein synthsis by blocking the binding of aminoacyl tRNA(transfer RNA) to the mRNA(messenger RNA) ribosome complex. Reversible binding occurs primarily at the 30S ribosomal submit of susceptible organisms
Bacterial cell wall synthsis not inhitbited.
INDICATIONS:
Tetracycline Hydrochloride eye ointment is indicated in the treatment of conjunctivitis,blepharitis,rrachoma and other eye infections.
USUAL ADULT DOSAGE :
Apply the eye ointment to lower eyelid pouch,2-3times daily.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Side-effects
The side effects with Tetracycline eye products are rare. Blurred vision that does not go away burning,stinging or itching of the eyes or eyelids, skin rash.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool and dry place between15-25, protect from freezing.
