  JOESCO sand wall ( JOESCO barrier), as its name implies, is relative to the sandbags, it is a new module to replace of sandbags, and is larger body wall, mesh gabion box. Filling material can be varied at will, such as: soil, sand, gravel, crushed stone and garbage,etc. The main constituent materials of Geotextile and metal mesh baskets have waterproof, fireproof, moisture-proof and other properties. The products has number of models and modules with portable conveying, quickly installation, various colors, changing structures, rapid dismantling and other advanced features, so to compare traditional sandbags, JOESCO barrier has more extensive application, can be use to set up the storage, shooting range, dormitories, ammunition depots, command posts, garages, hangars, oil depot, equipment room, temporary warehouse, demolition bomb place, military hospital, checkpoints and other military fortifications, protective barriers , and can quickly set up different size military camp, subject.   Since QIAOSHI first deployment in the military field of operations, till now, JOESCO barrier units have been adapted the meet a diverse range of military requirments partly in response to the experiences of all our customers. Special productions according to the customers' needs to meet the requirments. QIAOSHI has developed a range of products, each designed to protect against specific threats from small arms first and RPG, to mortar bombs and rockets. Several designs have also been independently developed by military agencies such as the Ordanance of Institute, the Military Experimental Base and relevant Military Academy. The development of the Extended Overhead Protection System has resulted in the only field expedient system that provides remote, landbased military installations such as multiple cabin offices, living and dining quarters, command and communications posts or field hospitals, with all-round protection from both ground level and overhead attack. JOESCO barrier provides overhead protection against all mortar bombs and super-quick-fused 155mm artillery shells.

  Also developed in response to demands for Overhead Protection, QIAOSHI bunker system utilises and ordinary 20ft or 40ft ISO conatiner with pre-configured lengths of reinforced JOESCO barrier units forming the walls, made the Overhead Protection so easy to installation.

A standard JOESCO bunker system re-configured for use as an open ended bomb-bay, and constructed with modified JOESCO barrier units. The units are manufactured using 5mm wire to enhance their ability to support the weight of the soil filled roof.
