Our draw bar flat form trailer with steel structure,

Material:High strength low alloy steel with 350 MPa yield strength is used for welded I-beam and 235 MPa in other fabricated parts.
Main Beams: 500mm deep x 146mm wide x 8mm web welded I-section main beams,Top Flange 14m thick, Bottom Flange 16m thick.
Floor:3mm thick checkered steel plate.

OEM Parts Configuration:
Twist Locks: 4 sets for 20' container
Suspension:Mechanical suspension with 11 / 10/ 8/7 leaf spring (W100mm x T12mm per leaf). options: Bogie Suspension, Air Spring Suspension
Axles: square axle with 12 tons capacity. Supplier & type: BPW/ FUWA/SAF/L1. Made in China..
Rims: 10 Holes ISO. Made in China. Option By the Factory.
