Description:
 
      The air is cleaned of large particles impurities with feedstock filter, and then goes into compressor to be compressed, and then goes into air cooling & water cooling tower to be cooled. The cooled air goes through molecular sieve adsorber, and then goes into heat exchanger to reach saturated condition, and then goes into fractionating column to get product.
 

      According to different requirements, the internal compression air separation plant owns various process types. The typical process of current manufactured internal compression process air separation plant is expanded air going into lower column, which has two features: the first is that it is appropriate for producing large liquid amount; the second is that argon extraction rate is high. In additional, this process has a benefit that the feed air compressor and air booster can be combined to all-in-one machine.

 

      There are many internal compression types, and different process is appropriate for different product requirements of oxygen, nitrogen and argon. It can be classified into three according to the difference of process types: the first is air boosting circulating and nitrogen boosting circulating; the second is expanded air going into lower column and expanded air going into upper column; the third is single pump internal compression and mult-pumps internal compression.
