Description:

 

      According to the character that molecular sieve can adsorb moisture, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon, the function of the switchover heat exchanger is separated into heat and mass transfer and heat exchanger. Use molecular sieve adsorber to remove the moisture and carbon dioxide from the air outside cold box; conduct heat exchange with heat exchanger inside cold box. In such way not only purify the air that will go into the cold box, but also lengthen the service life of heat exchanger. It also simplify the process, and reduce the equipments inside cold box, and convenient for operation and maintenance.

 

      Due to there is no self-clean requirement for heat exchanger, the temperature difference of the cold end needn’t be strictly limited, which can greatly improve the output of pure nitrogen and oxygen gas to meet the requirement of the user.
