1, Application:

Y81 series hydraulic metal balers (baling machine/compressor) are mainly used in steel manufacture, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into required shapes (cuboid, cylinder, octagon etc.), so as to reduce the transportation cost, to increase the speed of furnace feeding and reduce the furnace loss.

a) Hydraulic drive system, manual valve control or PLC control.
b) Bale-discharging method: "turn-out"; "push-out" (forward or side push); manual discharging.
c) No footing bolts needed in installation; diesel engine can be equipped for power.
d) Various types to choose with baling force from 63 to 400 tons; productivity from 4 to 40 tons per shift (8 hours standard)
