Description:
This machine adopts labor feeding and enclosed flapper valve for discharging. It will not produce powder dust, and it also will not produce mechanical compression and strong friction during mixing. So the material particles can remain intact.

Operation Instruction
1. Place the machine on horizontal and solid ground, make sure the barrel can rotate freely.
2. Before starting, make sure that the inside material barrel and the driving wheel are clean and free of sundry.
3. Try running the machine before feeding material, check if it runs well.
4. Operate the machine according to the word instruction on the control panel.
5. When everything is fine, set the mixing time as desired, add material and begin to mix.
Attentions
1. The material added cannot exceed two thirds of the total barrel capacity, the mixing time is 4-10min.
2. Fill 20#machine oil into the reduction gearbox until the oil level reaches the worm wheel. Refill the oil every 3 months.
3. Periodically add high temperature resistance beef tallow to the rolling bearing, the ideal volume is one third of the chamber of the rolling bearing.
Maintenance
1. Adjust the V-belt when it is flabby or too tight to avoid sliding wear.
2. Keep the electric wire from moisture.
