Introduction of wood pellet plant

2. The main motor of the pellet mill is 45 KW, this motor drives a piston to punch the material with 300 tons of impact force, to ensure the density of the pellet can reach 1-1.3g/cm3. 

3. The punching frequency is 272 times/min, ensure that the capacity of pellets is about 1-1.5T/H with different material. 

4. This biomass pellet plant can fit more kinds of material without changing the die, such as the grass, straw, all kinds of wood and all kinds waste 

5. Wide moisture requirement from 8%-20%, reduced a big power consumption from drying system. 

6. The system use a chopper to crush the log instand of chipper and hammer mill, as saving a lot.

Introduction of the pellet plant system

1. The crushing system, deponds on the raw material, if use wood logs, here will be a chopper, if use chips and some other smaller material, here will be a hammer mill. 

2. Drying system, because our new pellet mill can produce by the material with 20% moisture, so here will be reduce a lot energy cost. 

3. Pellet making system. use our new pelletizer, you can achieved a multifunction production line to produce the pellet and briquette by changing the die from the same production line. 

4. Pellet cooling and screening system, by this system, the dust will be cleaned, and cool the pellet to room temparature for packing. 

5. Packing system. by this system, you can packing the product into bags with setting weight. or change this part to bunker, to loading the truck directly.
