Raw materials for biomass fuel

Pelletizing Process
The model of Pellet Mill is determined by the required capacity by client. The diameter is
always 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or can be customized according to clients' requirement.
Conditioner is optional. The conditioner can make the material easier to pelletize, improve the
capacity, save energy and prolong the service life of ring die and rollers. By conditioning, the
material can be softened. During the process of squeezing of material between roller and inner
side of ring die, large amount of mechanical energy will be turned into heat energy.
