1,Features of sawdust pellet press mill
1. Triangle with double motor drive system, smooth rotation, low noise and without lubrication.
2. Compared with gear machine, the spindle bearing is more durable, no oil leakage phenomenon.
3. The starting current is half gear machine as double motors, and little influence on power grid.
4. The support bar and main shaft forging together, good rigidity, whatever old or new machine, roller always stay parallel to the ring die, so the production efficiency is like new.
5. Installation form of ring die have two kinds. One is normal cone type ,the other is hoop type.
6. Can be used for pellet from wood ,tree braches, wood chips ,wood sawdust and any other biomass materials. such as eucalyptus, cork,oaks, fruit trees, vines, cedar trees, gorse, straws and grasses.
2, Requirements for raw materials sawdust pellet press mill
Size:1-2mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
3,How to Work sawdust pellet press mill
The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once the user connects it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the pellet machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.
Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.
