Hardness Conversion: MV-500 has built in hardness conversion table by different standards, like ASTM E140, ISO18265, DIN50150, GB/T1172, can convert from HV to HRC, HRA, HBW, etc. , 

Application range: 

1, Testing very thin materials like foils, thin pieces, coatings layers, etc;

2, Measuring hardness of the surface of a part, small parts or small areas;

3, Measuring individual micro-structures;
