Usage

This machine is suitable to the material such as cashmere, camel’s hair, tec… The main working processes: opening and loosing, impurity removing, coarse hair removing, dander removing, to make confirmed dehaired wool for next process.

1 Wool feeding system is made by wool plate, pressing wool feeding roller, equipped with level spring and eccentric operating handle, easy and reliable operating.

2 Opening roller and dust-removing knife tool part is used for the wool loosing and impurity and coarsing hair removing.

3 Cylinder and rotary cover plate part is used for the fully carding wool further coursing hair, small hair and dander remving

4 Equipped with new type stripping knife, simple and compact structure, reliable stripping movement.

5 On the right end of the needle roller, equipped with the roller speed switch to monitor the speed preventing from blocking machine.

6 The whole machine safety shell is partly sealed, the machine switch is located on the right side of the machine, safe cleaning and easy operating, good looking.

7 The photosensor controlled wool feeding cabinet can be customized according the customer’s request.
