custom Made Metal Challenge Coins

• Coins can be made by brass material (die struck) or zinc alloy (die casting)

• Generally speaking, zinc alloy material is lighter than brass material.

• Standard coin sizes are 38mm/ 42mm/ 45mm/ 50mm

• Standard thickness is 3mm ~3.5mm (Usually 3.5mm is suitable for 50mm coins)

• Colors can be soft enamel/ Imitation hard enamel or no color filling.

• All the coins with 3 sides polishing (Front / back and edge)

• Bright finishing or antique finishing are all applicable.

• Diamond cut borders (9 different patterns) are applicable too.

• Cutting border made on zinc alloy coins will be the same tone (finishing) as the coins because we do plating after diamond cuttings.

• Cutting border made on brass coins will be different tone (finishing) because we do diamond cutting after plating finished.
