YLT-0501D : Plastic part making : Different plastic part will have different mould , the material will be melted in mould by high temperature principle and forming the plastic part in mould by the sudden cold principle . Finally , Forming the finished plastic part .
YLT-0501D : Tube making : ratio-frequency welded tube : steel belt is formed by fixed tube mould machine , through high temperature welding .Eventually form the pipe . → based on different product request , cutting to the different length of tube → because every tube have much metal burr (it will be much big safety if don’t deal with ), so next must wiping off tube metal burr of tube inside and outside .→tube polishing ,improve tube gloss . → quality inspection ,Pick out the qualified tube, form the finished tube .
YLT-0501D : Assembling : All tube and plastic part will be assembling and last packed in boxes .
