  The service life is 2.5-3 times as long as the life of resin bond diamond grinding wheel, more than 3 times if grinding PDC.

The grinding efficiency is 1.5-2 times as long as the resin bond diamond grinding wheel, more than 4 times if grinding PDC.

High grinding precision, the PDC taper generally is 0.01mm.

No pollution, low labor intensity, vitrified grinding wheel don't produce smoke in the grinding process, which can protect the environment. It basically doesn't need to repair in using process, which not only reduce the labor intensity, but also greatly reduce the cost of dressing tools. And it is sharp, with small feeding force, which can prolong the service life of grinding machine.
