1. High Efficiency AAC Autoclave Product Description:
Autoclaves are big container-like pressure equipment, it is used to steam and cure the green body of sand lime brick, fly ash brick, aerated concrete block, new and light wall materials. Currently, besides using in silicate building materials, autoclave can also be used in industries like: chemical, medicine, rubber, lumber, glass, insulating materials and textile.
Industrial autoclaves are pressure vessels used to process parts and materials which require exposure to elevated pressure and temperature. The manufacture of high-performance components from advanced composites often requires autoclave processing.
Still Kettle is horizontally setted, the cover is made of a 16mnr steel plate, the flanges used in the cover and body of the machine is forged from a 16mn steel bar. Strict non-destructive Testing and heat treatment should be performed to the welding lines in the pressure sustaining parts according to relevant specifications.
2. Process:
a) After welding kettle door, it must proceed with annealing heat treatment.
b) Polish toothed cutter of flange of autoclave body, and carry out magnetic particle testing.
c) Use double scale container board, and ensure the longitudinal joint of each section.
d) Carry out the physical and chemical test (stretch, impact), ensure its strength.
e) Welds are 100% X-ray detection, also carry out hydraulic test of 2.1MPa after passing. The whole process is complete inspected by CSEI factory inspection, and leave factory after stamp and signature .
