PVC Imitation Marble Decorating Sheet Extrusion Machine
Applications:
This sheet board panel production extrusion extruder extruding manufacturing making machine produce the sheets widely used in hot spring resorts, bath club, KTV, office building, hotel, subway and other high-level places. It's the ideal decoration material in the moist environment.
Processing flow:
Mixer→Auto loader→SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder →Mould→
Three calender(online laminating) →Cooling group rollers→Hual off machine→ Transversal cutter
→Edge cutter→ Conveyor→UV treatment.
Features:
1) adopts FSJSZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter,which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
2) The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibrator and cooling unit, haul off unit, cutting machine and stacker.
3) The calibration unit is equipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
4) The haul off is equipped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force.
5) The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
6) The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage.
7) use all electric parts which brand is SIEMENS/SCHNIEDER/OMRON .
