Description:
1. Extruder units Screw and barrel are made of steel alloy. Good screw design saves eletricity and has
a long service life. Motor and gear box are of famous brand.
2. Metering gear pumpMetering pump is applied to ensure an accurate and stable extrusion of straps.
3. DieThe die is of high precision, and has a long service life.
4. Cooling Water tankMade of stainless steel. Workers can easily adjust the straps inside the tank. The
temperature is easily monitored. For more efficient cooling, industrial chiller is optional.5. First roller unit.
There is a water removing device mounted on the first roller unit. The rollers provide optimum stretching
force for the straps.
6. Hot air ovenThe temperature is automaticly controlled. The oven is heavily insulated to prevent heat loss
. It saves electricity and heat the straps to an optimum Itemperature.
7. Second roller unit It provides optimum stretching force.
8. Embossing unitSpecially made embossing rollers, makes the straps look nice,even, and uniform.
9. Heat treatment ovenUtilize infrared lamps to heat the straps evenly.
10. Strap cooling tankMade of stainless steel, cools the straps efficiently

12. High speed double-station winder
Equipped with torque motor and metering device. Easy operation. High speed. It can wind straps of
different sizes. Automatic winding system and weighing device is optional.
