Used for motorcycle front shock absorber, draw the materials from ¢ 30mm, wall thickness of 3.6mm 45 # precision steel, the length of the finished product is 590.5mm after several processes forming , finally hard chrome plating and polishing on the surface. (With some technical requirements)
Technical Requirements:
1) Surface treatment: MFiCr above 15μ(HES D2011)
2) The material tensile strength: 90kgf /mm2
3) Mustn't have the wounded or dents which affect the appearance and the performance
4) The outer diameter dimension of the ¢ 30 sites before plating is ¢ 30 -0.075 -0.090 (reference value)
5) The end part of the burr must be removed
