Carbon removal device (degassing tower) is to remove the CO2 in water, on the one hand, to reduce the corrosion of boiler and filter, if the water contains a certain amount of CO2 ,then CO2 and water make carbonic acid , and the missing hydrogen ions to erode the variety of back containers,.On the other hand, and if it used in the anion exchanger, it can reduce the load of anion exchanger, which can improve the economic and water quality of chemical salt removal process in general if the HCO3 content of water inlet is 50mg/L ,then carbon remover is needed.
The CO2 content of the outlet water is less than ＜5mg/L, the carbon remover is generally set up in the back of cation exchanger or reverse osmosis device. 
Another role of degassing tower is to be as aeration device, mainly in front of iron and manganese filter, manganese oxidation process, so that the manganese sand filter adsorbs and removes iron and manganese in the water, to get a wider application in practice.in the water, to get a wider application in practice.

Note:

1.The design of CO2 content in inlet water is 330mg/l, when the inlet CO2 content is greater than or less than 3300mg/l, increase or decrease in height of degassing tower, packing layer also corresponding increase or decrease.
2.The equipment needs to be equipped with water tank or pool.
3.The content of outlet CO2 design is 5 - 10 / mg/l.
4.Polypropylene saddle is selected for M50Packing material .
5.Environmental preservation temperature is 4 ~ 45~C.
6.Special requirement is that product can be designed according to user requirements.
