JF-1 Spheroidizing Heat preservation Covering
Application:
Grey cast iron, Nodular cast iron and Malleability cast iron. It is particle with It is taupe color, non-toxic, odorless, without harmful ingredients.
Features:
1.Good heat preservation performance, excellent coagualant slag ability, non-stick package, high heat resistance points.
2.It can be used directly covered nodularizer Besides, its good thermal insulation cover smooth effect to makes nodulizing process slowly and delay the initiation time. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of
nodularizer and reduce the production cost.
3.After ending Spheroidizing and slag being removed, the product is covering on the surface of liquid iron. Good heat and radiation preservation effect, can effectively slow the spheroidizing recession, improve the utilization rate of hot metal and can be adsorbed in the molten iron residue, reduce molten slag content, improve the process yield.
Use-method:
1, used in liquid iron ladle:
When molten iron is full, first stripping off scum, then put this product evenly over the surface of molten iron casting.Dosage for molten iron weight between 0.1% and 0.3%.
2, used in nodularizer:
When nodularizer, ferrosilicon, etc are put into the bags after leveling. Sprinkle this product evenly over the surface, and then into the molten iron to carry on the spheroidizing. The specific amount can be according to the spheroidizing agent (quality) and the size of the bag mouth area as appropriate to join. General reference for: the rate of nodularizer and this product is 07-1-0. 12 or so.
